Appointments

Submitting a booking request through this website is a request only. An appointment becomes binding when we confirm it to you by email or telephone. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

Bespoke Commissions

Each garment is made individually to your measurements. Prices, payment terms, timelines, and any alterations policy are agreed in writing per commission before work begins. As bespoke garments are made to your personal specification, statutory withdrawal rights for distance contracts do not apply to made-to-measure goods under Art. 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, without prejudice to your legal conformity guarantees.
