Who We Are
This website, amendolafirenze.com, is operated by Dolaamen Group, LLC, trading as Amendola Firenze (“we”, “us”), a bespoke tailoring atelier based in Florence, Italy. For any privacy matter you can reach us at info@amendolafirenze.com.
What Data We Collect
When you request an appointment or contact us, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message or booking request. We also record technical information associated with your submission (IP address, browser user agent) to protect our forms against abuse, and, where present, advertising identifiers (such as a Google click ID and campaign parameters) to understand how you found us.
If you create a client account, we additionally store your measurements, orders, appointments, and invoices in order to provide our tailoring services.
Why We Process It
We process your data to respond to your enquiries and manage your appointments and orders (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), to protect our website against abuse (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)), and, only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), to measure our website audience and advertising through cookies as described in our cookie policy.
Who Processes It For Us
We use a small number of service providers to run this website: Supabase (database and application hosting), Vercel (website hosting), and Mailgun (email delivery). Where you have consented to analytics and advertising cookies, Google (Google Analytics and Google Ads) also processes usage data. These providers may process data in the United States under appropriate safeguards, including the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How Long We Keep It
Enquiries and booking requests are kept for as long as needed to serve you and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Client account data is kept for the duration of our client relationship and as required by Italian tax and accounting law. You may ask us to delete your data at any time, subject to legal retention obligations.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, and receive a copy of your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@amendolafirenze.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali (garanteprivacy.it).
